We have completed our v1.99 update that includes and completely redesigned forums. This makes way for our new page builder. Our new page builder will make it easier to design and layout your pages throughout your website. This is not part of the design editor that handles the theme of a website.

With the forums, like anything new and improved there may be unforeseen problems, issues and bugs. The forums where designed to make it easier for us to expand. The forums will be one area that will see additional advancement over the next several months. If you have ideas or suggestions please post them in our forums at http://www.spruz.com/forums.

Some new features of the forums you will enjoy:

·         New rapid topic and replies posting. Fast loading reply and post editor.

·         New questions post types. This allows for the creation of forums that will allow people to post problems and have other users solve those issues.

·         More control over post types allowed in the forums. You can limit access to discussions, polls and questions by the forum.

·         Ability to approve new topics before they are posted publicly

·         Full control over the Simleys and icons in your forum. Forum icons will be accessible in your file manager by going to Theme > Forums > Smileys or Icons. By adding or deleting smileys will give you determine what smilies are available.

·         Expanded control over Sigs and Avatars. Sigs and Avatars are no long global. Site users on each site will can have a unique sig and avatar for that site. We will be adding edit ability for site admins on the Sigs to allow for moderation.

·         And a few other new things you can discover.

Now, there's actually two divisions that play XBOX360 believe it or not.  I changed the nav bar to de-clutter it.  Just click divisions and you'll see that there's a pic to click on for a link for the website and click ROSTER to view the roster of each division.  The Allied Division will be reserved for clans that want to by our allies and join under the [WMD] yet retain their structure.  So far we have one "Bomb Hard Metal" [BHM.]

The deal with the PS3L thing is a little hard to explain.  Once we get some clan support for Battlefield then people will be joining up for clan battles.  I think for now, everyone is just forgetting it because last time we tried to go through it they changed the server on us and we lost our accounts.  If you go to the forum thread about it you'll see a pic of some of those that were in it last time.  We ended up with everyone on it right before they closed the site and reopened it on a different server.  Patience is a virtue.  Remember as well that it's very difficult to get 45+ people to stay on the same page as well.

I'll be making an attempt at an intro page so that members of [WMD] Combined can go straight to their respective division website from the start without searching for the link.  Simplifying the process for everything makes for an efficient website, and members will be happier in my opinion.  Since I don't get to play online much these days this is how I'm trying to compensate for it.  (Lately, we've had some really nasty storms here in Indiana so the internet has been full of lag spikes from crappy network connections across the area I live.  I get disconnected about once every 20 min.)

Clan Leader Capt. Criticism and I have come to mutual agreement that this merger will benefit us all.  Expect more of the same.  [WMD] will leave a gaping crater in the surface of the gaming world before we have seen our end!

CoD4, BF:BC, and soon Socom: Confrontation will be our turf.  Now that we have firm establishments with PS3 and XBOX360 platforms there is no hiding from our destructive path.

I am proud of all of our achievements past and present.  Now we look toward the future.  Some may see our quick expansion as a weakness, but I assure you all that we are more than prepared to handle a crew of over 100 WMD's combined.  Members, follow the chain of command and hold fast to protocol, and we shall last through virtually any and all complication.

Soon, I will be beginning talks with leadership staff members about organization to fill any holes.  If you personally feel you are up to leadership caliber then feel free to speak up, and announce your candidacy.

Again, I thank all that have stuck around for the ascendancy of our dominance.  This clan would not be where it is today with out each and every one of you.  (...even YOU xXAcidXx!)

We are growing all of the time now.  Due to this massive growth, we're going to be looking for potential new officers in the very near future.  So, that being said, if you are one of those who feel you are ready to take on the duties of such a high role in the clan then do your best to get noticed.  There won't be any specific criteria as to what we're looking for listed so try to be yourselves, and do your best to promote the clan in whatever way possible.  Get creative.  Ask questions.  Get involved.  Have fun out there!

Also, I'd like to note that the forum has seen much better activity as of late, and this has been noticed.  Thank you to all who have chipped in to help make the new guys feel welcome.  Welcome indeed!  Let's keep the communication going strong always.

- [WMD] now supports XBOX360 players.  The leadership has been altered to suit the changes.  malcolmcicwf is now XBOX360 Division Leader of [WMD] just as texan7763 is now PS3 Division Leader of [WMD].  Website additions will be made to suit as needed.

-The new roster is incomplete and under construction.  I am well aware of the errors and whatnot.  All in due time...

-texan7763 and I have been practicing the in's and out's of Battlefield: Bad Company to prepare for impending ps3leaderboard.com War for Profit.  We need to prepare for this ASAP.  Also, regarding ps3leaderboard, their servers lost our [WMD] profiles when they updated their site so we all have to re-register.  I made a quick link for viewing our clan page there with a link to register on the main page of this site where the last one was.

-Note to all active recruiters:  We are currently experiencing difficulty in determining a way to try-out new recruits so I've come to the decision to just approve everyone until we get the chance to play with them.  I feel that a test of patience is a good way to single out their loyalty traits.

-Only SERIOUS TEAM-ORIENTED PLAYERS are welcome in the ranks of [WMD.]  This goes for all current and future members.  If you aren't in it as much as you know you should be then do us all a favor and please let us know how you feel, and we'll go from there.  If you decide to leave, then by all means, however, make sure that a clan officer is notified so that we know who we can and can't count in the official roster.  A "retirement list" and/or "honorable discharge list" have been suggested as possible alternatives to outright deletion of accounts.  We'll see how things go before we get to any of that.

-If anyone has any suggestions, comments, etc please feel free to voice your thoughts on the forum.  The lack of forum participation from this clan has been devastating.  Things are improving however, and with the changing of the guard we're more and more ready for any other issues that may arise.

-Also, I just want to say that I appreciate those of you who have stayed true to the spirit of constant improvement as a clan.  Hanging in there when it seems all is falling apart is what makes us stronger.  We will outlast all others because of this.

Anyway, that wasn't as short as I thought it would be.  >_>

Once we get in touch a little better, I'm going to schedule a full clan meeting.  Meetings will no longer be conducted within a CoD4 private match lobby.  They will be via PSN chat.  If you receive a chat invitation, you are REQUIRED to accept and join.  If you don't have time or if something comes up please let me know.

Membership status:  If there is anyone that is unhappy with the way things are in [WMD] now is the time to speak up.  I am listening to all proposals for change for the better.  Throw everything you've got at me.  I'm determined to get this thing whipped into shape for some serious competition.  However, if you feel that you no longer wish to be a part of [WMD] you are welcome to leave as long as you let me know so that I can make adjustments to the roster and etc.  I will urge anyone that is looking down that path to reconsider, and give us a chance to change some things per ideas, though.

We have new members, by the way.  I would like to see everyone start welcoming the new guys and adding anyone on the roster that you haven't already.

Now, all that being said, it may seem like I'm being a little overbearing, but I assure you I'm not meaning to be that way.  I'm only looking out for the best interest of the clan.  As a clan, we are strong and we have more fun together than we do apart.  Let's continue to keep things fun.

If you happen to have a concern or gripe or whatever, feel free to contact me about it BEFORE posting all over the internet.  I am willing to listen to everyone here, and we need to keep our image as professional if we want respect from our contender clans.

Anyway, I hope you guys like the few changes to the website I've made.  Most were actually suggestions by some of you who have stayed true to the once a week visiting guideline.
